Any stone translucent enough to pass light. Onyx and pale marbles like Oyster White and Dover White are reliable choices, and several engineered stones light well too. Denser, darker stones may not work. So if you’re unsure, ask us.
The Bright White Light Sheet is 500mm x 240mm x 11mm, and the Colour Light Sheet is 500mm x 245mm x 11mm.
Yes. The sheets can be cut down and joined together to cover larger or odd-shaped panels. Tell us the size and shape, and we’ll advise on the best way to lay them out.

No. The sheets spread light evenly across the whole panel, with no bright spots and no dark bands. That’s what separates proper backlit stone from a strip light stuck behind a slab.
Yes, and we’d recommend you do. We keep a lit demo panel at the warehouse, so you can see the effect in person. Book a viewing by appointment and bring your project details.
For now, the light sheets are trade only. Backlighting takes a fabricator and an electrician to fit properly, so it isn’t a DIY job. We supply the sheets on their own or alongside stone, and we’ll help you find a reputable fabricator if you need one.
